Returns and Refunds Policy
At Priyatam, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns:
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. To start the return process, email us at priyatamayurveda@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days of return approval. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take some time to process the refund.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, email us at priyatamayurveda@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We’ll issue an RMA number and provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend a trackable shipping method. Once the item is received, we’ll process the exchange and send the replacement product.
Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized items
- Perishable goods
- Opened or used items (unless defective or damaged)
For defective or damaged products, please email priyatamayurveda@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace it at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
