Shipping policy

At Priyatam, our goal is to provide seamless and timely delivery for all our customers. We maintain an inventory of all products listed on our website, ensuring dispatch within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. However, certain unavoidable circumstances may occasionally lead to slight delays in delivery.

We strive to deliver your order within 4 to 6 days. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During peak periods, such as festivals or holidays, processing and shipment delays may occur. Please note that deliveries to PO boxes or military addresses are not available, and rural areas may require additional time for delivery.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the confirmation details. When the order is processed and dispatched, another email will be sent with the tracking number and a link to track the shipment. Registered users can log into the “My Account” section to view their order details directly.

We offer free shipping on orders of INR 500 or more. For orders below INR 500, a shipping fee of INR 70 applies.

Our courier partners will contact you prior to delivery. Please ensure you are available to receive these calls, as after three failed attempts, an email reminder will be sent. If not responded to, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Currently, Priyatam only delivers within India and does not offer international shipping.

For those uncomfortable with online payments, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option. With COD, you can pay at the time of delivery without any advance payment. The maximum order value for COD is INR 8,000.

However, COD may not be available for all products or at certain locations, depending on courier partner services. In such cases, online payment will be required.

Important Notes

  1. If delivery is delayed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, Priyatam is not liable for damages or losses incurred by the customer.
  2. Priyatam reserves the right to change its shipping policy without prior notice.
  3. Any discrepancies or delivery issues should be reported immediately to Priyatam for prompt resolution.
  4. Damage or loss during transit is not the responsibility of Priyatam. Such claims must be directed to the courier company.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not permitted, and the return policy must be followed.
  • Priyatam reserves the right to cancel orders without prior notice in case of fraudulent activity or payment disputes.
  • For canceled orders due to incorrect pricing or other reasons, a full refund will be processed, and the customer will be notified.
  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, unavailable recipient), the additional cost of re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

For canceled orders where payment has already been made:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • For any refund-related issues, customers should contact Priyatam’s customer support immediately.
